We are pleased to have completed several major updates to the clubhouse and park area behind the building. The lanai floor has been finished in a coating that looks like granite. It has a lifetime warranty and is very durable and easy to care for. The floor is a complimentary color to the walls and lends a nice rich look to the lanai. We have received compliments from many homeowners.
Another major project was the upgrading of the landscaped area behind the clubhouse. A dead tree was removed, sprinklers repaired, sod replaced and flowers added. It has a clean fresh look and is much easier to maintain. Additionally, all of the pool furniture is in the process of being recovered with a new heavier material, matching the umbrellas.
