Turtle Creek has begun repair and restoration work on sections of the red brick wall bordering Apopka Vineland Road and Avalon, and also between the Pulte development and Avalon.

The Avalon clubhouse and pool area are currently in the process of being spruced up for Spring and Summer usage.

Our community is extremely thankful for the late Dan Liedman’s hard work and dedication in establishing the Avalon Neighborhood Watch program. His absence is certainly a loss for our community.

Our Avalon HOA 2023 Annual meeting was successfully held on March 7th at the Avalon clubhouse. Thanks to all who joined in person, or by proxy. A quorum was achieved, but barely.

Our 2022 holiday social was a great success! Thanks to all who organized and joined in the festivities!

We announced at a recent Avalon HOA meeting that Parmley, Juniper's chemical company, has been sold to True Green. I'm sure you all know that Parmley applied all the fertilizer, weed killer, and insect control to our lawns on a monthly basis. They did an excellent job, with most residents being pleased with their work.
