Architectural Review Application

Painting your house or doing any major outside improvements requires an ARB application form. Paint color must be approved by the ARB committee and be an approved selection from our color book. Please see the links to the right of this page for details regarding paint color and paver options.

Follow these four simple steps:
1. Download and complete an ARB application form.
2. Make a copy of your lot survey and indicate where the changes will be made.
3. Add any descriptive material, such as pictures, plant descriptions or contractor plan.
4. Submit the form below.

    Meetings are held as needed at the clubhouse. The meeting date and time will be posted on the Turtle Creek notice board, at the exit gate of the community, and the homeowner will be notified by email when their proposal will be discussed. At the meeting, the Architectural Review Board reviews the application, and the homeowner will have the opportunity to discuss their proposal. The ARB has 30 days in which to respond to a homeowners application.

    All improvements to residential properties are subject to approval by the board.
